Parents as Teachers Quit us......
It is official. Parents As Teachers has CUT all future visits to our daughter and MANY other children in the St. Louis City PAT districts. I am So angry that this has been one of the state budget cuts that will affect our CHILDREN directly. I hate when our GOVERNMENT just does not care about the kids.

It's a shame...BUT Julia is fortunate to have parents that can stimulate her and educate her without help or money...go the the library and check out their programs, there is as art program for kids in Tower Grove Park at the Arsenal entrance plus the play ground and wading pool. I know you are stressed but you are also smart, caring and able.
